For shipment of the defective goods, please attach a completed complaint form, which has to include a precise description of the complaint and the return address with contact number.
The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days from the date of delivery. The basis for complaint is accepted the original proof of purchase - a VAT invoice or receipt.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods advertised to us. We do not accept parcels sent to us in the form of COD.
Goods admitted to the complaint will be replaced with an identical or another agreed with client.
In the case when goods delivered to you will has signs of damade or tampering, You should write down the damage protocol in the presence of the courier ( Damage form courier will has with him) and do not receive the goods.
Items sent in the form of giveaway is not subject to the complaint.
